Registration for 2014 OZSW conference now open

Registration for the 2014 OZSW conference, to take place on Friday November 7 and Saturday November 8 at Radboud University Nijmegen, has now been opened. You can register for the conference through .
Please note that presenters are required to register before September 15th.
Also note that participants who register after October 15th will have to pay a higher latecomer fee. You will find more information about the fees below.
About the conference
The conference program will include parallel sessions with over 140 single and panel papers, meetings of the OZSW PhD council, the three OZSW chambers, and the Dutch Society for Women in Philosophy, as well as a Research Master poster event. As you may already know, we will have 3 keynote speakers:
  • prof. Marya Schechtman, Department of Philosophy, University of Illinois at Chicago
  • prof. Catherine Wilson, Department of Philosophy, University of York
  • prof. Howard Caygill, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Kingston University London
The fees for this year’s conference are:

OZSW members:
Research Master students        € 45,00
PhD students                                   € 80,00
Senior researchers                      € 130,00

PhD & Master students             € 110,00
Senior researchers                     € 190,00

The fees include two lunches, a conference dinner on Friday evening and drinks on Saturday evening. More information about the OZSW membership can be found at

Please note that the fee for ReMa students is currently still listed as 55 euro on the registration form. However, the OZSW has decided to sponsor ReMa students with an extra 10 euro per person. This will be adjusted in the registration form as soon as possible – so ReMa students should either wait a couple of days to register, or will get 10 euro refunded at a later moment.
