Both philosophers and scholars from the other disciplines mentioned reflect on philosophical aspects of organization. Three interrelated themes guide this reflection:
  1. Epistemic issues concerning knowledge in and about
organizations
  1. Ontological issues concerning the fundamental
characteristics of organization
  1. Ethical issues concerning good organization
