Instructions for OZSW PhD students
Please bear the following in mind when adding your PhD defense to the calendar:

  • Select the category “Doctoral thesis defense by OZSW members” to get included in the calendar above. Also select your university as a category.
  • As event title, include: “PhD defense “[title of your dissertation]”; this is most informative for the main event calendar.
  • Put “By [your name]” in the excerpt. Nothing more.
  • Please include a short summary of the topic (length about the size of a back cover) under the main event description area.

We moderate all event submissions, so it may take some days before the event appears on the site. Thank you for your patience.
