On Wednesday October 1, NICA organizes a masterclass on posthumanism and (post)postmodernism with Prof. Dr. Jeffrey T. Nealon. We invite PhD students and early career researchers whose research relates to postmodernism, post-postmodernism, posthumanism and poststructuralist philosophy (e.g. the work of Deleuze, Jameson, Foucault, Derrida, French feminism) to submit a presentation proposal (400 words) before September 19 through nica-fgw@uva.nl. During the masterclass, contributors will have the opportunity to present on their research in 15 minutes, followed by a response by Professor Nealon and general discussion. Closing words will be by Prof. Dr. Gregg Lambert, Dean’s Professor of the Humanities, Syracuse University.
