Study Group meeting Moral Psychology

This event marks our first gathering in a while, making it a great opportunity to catch up with or meet your moral psychology peers. The workshop will feature the following talks:

  • Dorothee Horstkötter (Maastricht University) – Decision-Making on an AI-Supported Youth Mental Health App: A Multilogue Among Ethicists, Social Scientists, AI Researchers, Biomedical Engineers, Young Experiential Experts, and Psychiatrist
  • James Hutton (TU Delft) – Emotion-Based Environmental Ethics: The Radical Consequences of Taking Wonder Seriously
  • Tsjalling Swierstra (Maastricht University) – The Ethics of Proximity vs. the Ethics of Distance: Analyzing Dutch Populism through Haidt’s Moral Foundations Theory
  • Lisanne Meinen (University of Antwerp) – Building Empathy Through Immersive Experiences: A Crip Technoscience Perspective

In addition to these talks, there will be dedicated time for networking and informal discussions.
