The Dutch Research School of Philosophy (OZSW) and The International School for Philosophy (ISVW) invite PhD students in philosophy to register for the “PhD Writing Retreat” to take place in late May 2019.

For this activity PhD students and ReMa students can – after successful completion – earn a certificate. However, the OZSW is not accredited to reward students with credits/ECTS directly. About the topic
Do you have trouble concentrating on your writing? Do e-mails keep dropping in just as you were about to finish that paper? If you need to banish distraction and focus to chase your PhD goals, a writing retreat could be just what you need! Finally, you’ll have the time and space to write:
The OZSW PhD council is organizing a writing retreat from 24-26 May at the beautiful ISVW Landgoed for all OZSW PhD students. For only 50, – euros, you will get a private room for the weekend, breakfast, lunch, 3-course dinners and, most importantly, the solitude to write.
More information and a registration form will be announced in due time. Seats are limited, so please keep an eye on this mailing-list to be updated!

Costs
€50,- per person.
Please register before 1 May 2019 through aanmelder.nl (see below). First come, first serve. If there is no place left any more, you will be put on a waiting list, and we will contact you the moment a place will becomes available.
Upon registration, you will be required to pay the registration fee immediately. If you cannot attend the writer’s retreat after all, please let us know as soon as possible, such that another PhD student will be able to attend. If you cancel your registration before 19 april 2019, we will return your money, but you will be charged with a cancellation fee of €5,-.
