Travel directions and shuttle bus

Travel directions and the address of the conference venue can be found at the website of Landgoed Zonheuvel. 

A shuttle bus will be available for connections with the railway station Driebergen-Zeist. The bus can be recognized by a sign at the front with the name of the conference. Connections from Driebergen-Zeist to Zonheuvel will be provided for trains arriving at the following times:

Friday, November 10:
8.17- 9.47 (the shuttle bus will drive back and forth between these times);
12.47

Saturday, November 11:
9.17, 9.47

Connections from Zonheuvel to Driebergen-Zeist will be provided for trains leaving at the following times:

Friday, November 10:
20.42, 21.12

Saturday, November 11:
17.12, 17.42

 

Dietary requirements

Lunch and diner will be fully vegetarian. Vegan options will also be available. If you have any other dietary requirements, please let us know as soon as possible.

 

Posters

For those participants who present a poster, we provide space for A0-size posters, orientation portrait. Poster buddies to connect them to the background (which is either wood or glass) are available.
