Hotel Recommendations
Please note that conference participants are themselves responsible for booking a hotel room. As Rotterdam may receive a lot of visitors, depending on other activities taking place in the city, we advise you to book your hotel room as soon as possible. To assist you, we made some price arrangements with three hotels – which are keeping rooms in option especially for OZSW conference participants. These are:
- “Hotel Emma” (4-star, 75 euro for single standard) is located in the centre of Rotterdam close to a metro station, which can transport you to the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
- The “Bilderberg Parkhotel” (4-star, 89 euro for single standard, ex-breakfast) is also located in the centre of Rotterdam and luxurious. Bilderberg Parkhotel is close to a metro station, which can transport you to the Erasmus University Rotterdam. You can book at the special OZSW conference rate by mentioning “OZSW Conference”
- The “Novotel Brainpark Hotel” (4-star, 80 euro for single standard, ex-breakfast) is located at a walking distance from the Erasmus University, about 15 minutes by tram/metro from the city center. You can book by phone or their website with the code “OZSW conference”. On the internet or booking.com you can find slightly lower prices than the price we obtained. However, with the “OZSW conference” price you will still be able to change or cancel your reservation up to 24 hrs in advance, which is impossible at lower rates.
